Storyteller Tanya Batt and musician Peter Forster invite you into the twilight realm of the bat. This family friendly programme is a weave of traditional bat stories from around the world, bat science and stranger than fiction folkloric traditions. Spread your wings and don your mask and come a discover just how incredible bats are.
Storyteller and illustrator, Peter Stevenson will tell a crankie and kamishibai story set on Hen Galan, the Old Welsh New Year, about a girl called Myra who meets the legendary Mari Lwyd, the white midwinter horse in the January snows. It's a story of a stubborn old tradition that refuses to die.
Suitable for ages 7 - 99 years.
