Tanya greatly values and enjoys opportunities to create with others. Her mahi has seen her collaborate with musicians, artists, scientists, designers, activists and a host of community groups.

Regular collaborators include musicians Peter Forster & Craig Denham, artists Helen Bacon & Kristy Barlow, designers Phil Cockfield and Vibeke Brethouwer.

She is a trustee and Creative Director of the Once Upon An Island Charitable Trust that uses storytelling and making for community building and environmental education.

 The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
